By accessing or ordering from Palvea, you agree to provide accurate information, use the store lawfully, and avoid activity that could harm the website, customers, service providers, or Palvea. Products and appearance
Palvea offers premium imitation fashion jewellery, not solid gold or silver unless a product description expressly says otherwise. Product colours, scale, plating, stones, and finish can appear differently across screens and lighting. Measurements and descriptions are provided to help you choose, and minor production variations may occur.
Prices, promotions, and availability
Prices, promotional terms, and availability may change without notice. Adding an item to a bag does not reserve it. A promotion cannot be combined with another offer unless its terms say so, and obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected.
Orders and payments
An order is accepted only after Palvea confirms it and the required payment or verification is complete. Palvea may cancel or limit an order affected by unavailable stock, an obvious error, suspected misuse, payment failure, or delivery restrictions, with an appropriate payment reversal where applicable. Payments are handled through the secure options displayed at checkout.
Shipping, returns, and care
Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy, and eligible product concerns are handled under the Returns & Refunds policy. Product life depends on appropriate care; follow the published jewellery-care guidance and avoid water, perfume, lotion, sweat, and chemicals.
Availability and warranties
The website and its information are provided on an as-available basis. Palvea works to keep content accurate and service available, but does not promise uninterrupted access or that every display, description, or third-party service will always be error-free. Any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
Suspension and termination
Palvea may restrict or suspend access, cancel an affected order, or end an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, security risk, repeated policy breach, or technical harm. Rights and obligations that should logically continue after termination will remain in effect.
Third-party services
The store may rely on independent payment, hosting, analytics, social, map, and courier services. Their availability and terms are outside Palvea’s direct control, though we choose providers reasonably and assist with order concerns where possible.
Content and intellectual property
The Palvea name, client-supplied logo, original artwork, photographs, website copy, and design elements may not be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially reused without permission.
Responsibility and indemnity
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Palvea is not responsible for indirect loss caused by product misuse, third-party failure, or events outside reasonable control. You are responsible for reasonable loss caused by your unlawful use, fraud, or deliberate breach of these terms, including a valid third-party claim arising from that conduct.
Assignment and applicable law
You may not transfer an order or contractual right in a way that prejudices Palvea or another customer without consent. Palvea may transfer operational rights and obligations to a successor or service provider where customer rights are not reduced. These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Surat, Gujarat.
Changes and contact
